Toy/Balloon Safety

All the toys available on the Jelly and Ice Cream Parties website comply with the European Toy Safety Regulation CE mark and age guidelines where appropriate, unless otherwise stated, toys are UNSUITABLE for children under 3 years old. Please retain any packaging for future reference.

Adults should always inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years old.

Personalised Jelly Moulds are made to order and take up to 14 working days to arrive with us. Please make sure that there is sufficient time before your party date for the production of your mould and delivery before ordering as personalised items cannot be returned or cancelled

Personalised Banners take up to 7 working days to arrive with us. Please make sure that there is sufficient time before your party date for the production and delivery of the banner as personlised items cannot be returned or cancelled. 

On some Cups available on the Jelly and Ice Cream Parties website we will supply you with free lids & straws. This is only possible on certain themes due to the size of the cups. The listing will specify if lids & straws are included. Please note that the supply of free lids & straws is subject to availability and that we reserve the right to withdraw this at anytime.

Discount Offers/Code

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.  Gift vouchers issued by Jelly and Ice Cream Parties can only be used on the Jelly and Ice Cream Parties web site.  When redeeming gift vouchers online at www.jellyandicecreamparties.com you will be required to give the serial number on the voucher.  Gift vouchers may not be exchanged directly for cash.  Any refunds made in respect of gift voucher purchases will be made in the form of gift vouchers to the value of the original gift voucher.
